Britain ends no-contact policy with Indian leader Narendra Modi

Of course they did. Modi was/is a democratically elected official of a State of India. It is not in UK's jurisdiction to decide who to contact in that state. It is wholly the decision of that state. I don't think UK still understands democracy, for it still has a House of commons & House of lords
