I have been thinking about this for a while, for this could be the best outcome from the liberals. If Obama loses 2012, I am sure Clinton would run 2016 (she does not have a chance anymore if Obama wins) and most probably win. Then she nominates Obama to the Supreme Court Bench. That, my liberal friend, is a lot better outcome than a four year term for Obama. Of course, as anything else in politics, there is a precedent for this too
