Looks like Mr. Heins from BB is doing all the right things.

Mr. Heins slashed jobs and cut costs, reshuffled senior management and initiated a broad review of RIM's strategic options, including the possibility of a sale of the company. But he also made it clear that his priority was on successfully launching the company's latest operating system, BlackBerry 10, and devices that run off it.
